Just to note...Jimmy's feeling that the niacin flushing is sort of spreading good stuff is my feeling as well. When my Dr recommended niacin he mentioned its vasodilation effect, that the increase in histamine causes blood vessels to open. On another BVit note...I'm taking large (prescription) doses of folic acid..which the same Dr recommended to help me with depression. I have had a low grade/but continuous problem with depression all my life. Whether its the folic acid or not, now I just have a general sense of rage/unfairness about life/ms, but not depression, so thats a change...
