I've never done the fish oil, but I am going to stop on the way home and try to find it. If I took every supplement everybody has recommended to me since this all began, I wouldn't have to eat, but the D3 and fish oil are the two most recommended, so I'm going to give it a whirl.

Make sure that the fish oils are pharmaceutical grade Omega-3 fish oils (tested for heavy metals). Along with the 2g of fish oils, 4,000 IUs of vitamin D3, I take 1,200 mg of Calcium and 600 mg of Magnesium and 1,000 mg of slow release vitamin C every night after dinner. I keep the fish oil caplets in my fridge. The Magnesium helps you sleep and your restless legs.

I highly recomend you visit this site: www.direct-ms.org

Ashton Embry is a great guy who has helped me a lot. I do not follow any diet religiously because I do not believe in strict diets. But I stick with some basic principles like fish (salmon or tuna), white meats (occasional steak or filet mignon which I love),vegetables and lots of fruits and salads with my meals (no salad dressing, only extra virgin olive oil, freshly sqeezed lemon juice and wine vinegar). I do not drink milk, preferring to drink lots of water instead.

Give yourself some time. Results take a while but do not rule out a good course of antibiotics like doxycin (100 mg twice a day) and the Wheldon protocol.

take care,

beyondms
