To Aaron, re:forum for teens

If it's on your mind and it has to do with multiple sclerosis in any way, post it here.

To Aaron, re:forum for teens

Post by CCmom »

Hi, Aaron! I'm beginning to think that maybe it is time to do as you suggested and start a forum for teens, and maybe even one for parents of teens. I'm noticing kids on all the boards I use, all of them looking for other kids to talk to, and one has a message board set up for kids, it isn't a very successful one.

I have had two teens to contact me this week with an MS diagnosis, and I'm hesitant to give too much info as far as my son goes and getting in contact with him, since you just never know these days. My son uses the computer alot, but a forum here would be a nice way to "filter" who he talks to.

I know you mentioned this to me earlier and I said it wasn't necessary because we would just be talking to ourselves, but I will send everyone I come in contact with here if you will do it. It might take a bit to get it up and running, but I hope to eventually use this board and no other, I have that much faith in it!

Let me know if there is any other way I can help! Take care!
