i agree about th1/2 balance. and i know that ms-ers get decreased natural killers before relapse.

this kind of thing is part of why i push on D3. the unsaturated fats/omega 3s are important too. if you keep your fat intake under 30% it boosts your natural killers. might as well mention the uric acid/antioxidant thing here too, protects your immune system's cells as do the O3s.
