Hello,

I have been diagnosed with MS 6/12/07, but also have a Lyme Literate doctor to rule out Lyme Disease. I will get my results from iGeneX on 9/10/07.

Please let me know of any information, advice, or questions I should know about before going to this appointment.

Hi Rob:

I have ppms so I'm probab;y not the best person to reply, but I guess I would find out what treatment he recommends. You don't mention if you've had MRI's or LP's (lumbar puncture / spinal tap). I would try to get on one of the approved therapies as soon as possible. I tried one of the interferons and didn't tolerate it well. If I had good insurance I would probably be on Copaxone (even though it isn't approved for ppms). Start studying this disease and treatments so you'll know something about it when he starts to discuss it.
