You had a lot of hope with Rituxin and I am sorry it looks like it will not be a good candidate for PPMS.
Has your neuro talked about anything else that may be in the pipeline that is not on dignan's list in the "Drug Pipeline" forum?
Until we know the science behind the cause of MS, there will continue to be treatment disappointments, in my opinion.

Where can we find the actual study results?
I'm really upset. Rituximab was the drug I had the most hope for. I'm going to stay calm until I actually read for myself the results. Where can we find them?
Primary Progressive, Onset 10 years ago at age 42, diagnosis 6 years ago, Vit D, Chinese Herbs, Exercise, yoga. So far tried antibiotics, fumaric acid and 4AP. Currently participant in the FTY720/PPMS Trial.<br />
