NMSS Ohio Valley 150K Bike Run

Post by ssmme »

My brother is raising funds for the NMSS. He did it last year for the first time and raised $10,000 on his own. If you click on this link there is a picture of me with him (I know a bunch out here are starting to share pictures and here's one with me in and I didn't have to do the work to put it there). http://main.nationalmssociety.org/site/ ... fr_id=8281
I can only hope that everyone with this awful illness has a personal cheerleader like I do.

Marcia-
You are blessed to have such a terrific brother. Thanks for sharing the beautiful pic and story of you two. Hope he raises a ton o'money, and that you keep feeling stronger every day.

Thanks Marcia for making me cry on my day off  . Seriously, how blessed you are to have a brother like that. I did the 150 miles my first three years with "The Lesionnaires" out of Columbus, but I can't ride anymore. The riding part is not the hard part (well 150 miles would be now). It's coming to a stop and keeping balance that's the bitch.

Anyway, I just wanted to write and say I thought what your brother wrote about you was beautiful and it must make you feel very lucky to have a sibling like that. Give him a big UDAMAN for me.

Your fellow Tovaxin lab rat (2nd extension dose 4/30!),
