So sorry the fatigue is slamming you. Jeff takes 200 mg of provigil at 11am, and that gets him thru the day (He's 6'2"-190). I think the 400mg should be OK (double check with your doc) but there's no where to go from there if you're really beat. Can you get by at 200mg? Maybe try some supplements, too. Jeff loves his EGCG/quercetin mix. Lance Armstrong sells it as an energy drink (FRS), but Jeff just takes the capsules, and it REALLY helps.
