Treatment: Gilenya since 01/2011, CCSVI both IJV ballooned 09/2010, Tysabri stopped after 24 Infusions and positive JCV antibody test, after LDN, ABX Wheldon Regime for 1 year.

Thanks for posting this fascinating article Frank. I started on Amitriptyline last Sept - I really should have taken it from diagnosis 11 years ago but I kept putting off going on something long-term.

It's been a wonderful relief to sleep properly again, to get a break from the neurological pain too.

And it's even nicer to know that the amitriptyline might be doing good to the brain too.
