Does anyone suffer from severe myoclonic jerks in their legs, arms, spine and face? What has worked best in treating them for you?

Hi Yachmene,
Severly members have reported benefits in treating muscle spasticity with magnesium, e.g., magnesium citrate which is a highly soluble form. I don't remember the recommended dosage right now but I know that Jimmylegs has posted it a few times. Try doing a search of the forum. However, you may want to read this post in the FAQ for some helpful tips first.

it's 600-1200mg magnesium :) i cant personally deal with more than 600 it gives me the runs. magnesium citrate, as NHE said, and you can get lots of natural source magnesium from the darkest of the dark green leafy veg - kale, chard, etc.
