The book " the brain that changes itself " has been mentioned on this site before. I never had the chance to read it until now

Dr Merzenich (and Posit Science) were mentioned in the book. I was curious to see if anyone had purchased the Brain Fitness Program or the InSight program. https://store.positscience.com/

I know there are much cheaper products on the market. The products from Posit Science are expensive! That's why I was hoping to get a review of these products from someone here.

No, I just have the book 'then brain that changes itself'. If brain plasticity is real, I think so, then any decent exercise for it will help...
