Exercise - do you think it helps?

If it's on your mind and it has to do with multiple sclerosis in any way, post it here.

Exercise is an amazing medication for overcoming MS. I myself have seen several cases doing proper exercise as prescribed by their MS professionals which in turn has aided them in overcoming all symptoms being caused by MS.

Heads up: This is yet another relatively aged thread that Andrea bumped from June, 2010, about 3 years ago. The topic of exercise & MS is always worthy of discussion, however, and my posts on page one are still true and relevant to my situation. They may be worth reading for those interested in exercise experiences.

Keep moving!
Dx'd with MS & HNPP (hereditary peripheral neuropathy) 7/03 but must have had MS for 30 yrs before that. I've never taken meds for MS except 1 yr experiment on LDN. (I found diet, exercise, sleep, humor, music help me the most.)
