Dear all,

What a week - first they sensibly pull Tysabri (which 'looked good' for RR ms sufferers) and then Aimspro (which 'looked good' for those with SP). And there's no treatment for PP ms sufferers. And 2005 was potentially looking promising.

I notice that poor old Aaron has removed the keep the faith front page posting. Did we have any in the first place?

The Tysabri situation is likely to have major implications for current and future trials of potential treatments. Trials will take longer and participants may be less reluctant to join given what's happened on Tysabri.

Yet again one of the most vile diseases around has won the day.

Hopes will no doubt be raised again with claims of better treatments on the horizon - but let's learn a lesson from this week and not get carried away again.

Anyone out there got any good news to report????

Best of luck to you all (at the end of a very bad week indeed)

Bromley
