Hi!

Its exactly the same here, craftmanship will eventually die, if the older generation are not permitted to teach the young.

My son came over other week, my washing machine had died and the water needed draining out. I tried to offer some advice, but his head turned round a bit like the exorcist, so I hushed my mouth. I piped up again saying that the pipe needed to be lower than the water in the machine to drain, this somewhat annoyed him and so he dropped the pipe to the floor. And you can guess the result. After having then to mop the floor, although he didnt say it out loud. he must of thought, "mum was right".

Lesson learnt eh!

Fiona
