I have another question: Does anyone know how much Vitamin D we're supposed to have daily? Does that amount fluctuate depending on the time of year?

Thanks!

Dr. O'Connor the fellow running the study put John on 2000iu-4000iu up to our discretion on sun exposure. Hubby is taking between 2300-2400iu per day of D3. Very important it be D3. He has put all his patients in our support group on it there has to be 20 or so.
