I just want to say hello, I have just been diagnosed with Ms and have been reading lots of the posts on here thank you. I am 42, a wife and mother, I work as a Nurse in acute medicine-well at least I did, not sure of my work options since I have been diagnosed. My symptoms are debilitating - started off with decreased sensation on left leg and poor balance. now I have really poor mobility and worst of all my speech is awful - slurred and hard to understand. I have had 3 treatments with steroids with minimal effect and now my neurologist is thinking of trying interferon treatment. so thats me :) I look forward to reading more here while on this MS journey with you all x
