Hello everyone. It hadn't really occurred to me to join an MS forum, although I was diagnosed in September 2005. Perhaps I was hopeful that my first attack would be my last... not so.

I'm a 37 y/o PhD student with relapsing-remitting. I've had the initial attack and two relapses since being diagnosed, and am currently recovering from a relapse. It's been a challenge! All three times the attacks have affected my cognitive abilities and emotions. Not such a good thing for a budding academic. But I persevere.

Thanks for this forum, and I hope to learn from you all and hopefully offer my own support.

GOD BLESS.... CCSVI treatment Dr. Siskin great doc....symptom's improved for about 3 week's (gait, balance, spasticity) now back to square 1...
