Does anyone know if you can take LDN with a narcotic i.e. Fentanyl? My son has so much neuropathic pain that he uses Fentanyl and smokes marijuana which also helps with spasms and tremor. Thank you

My understanding is that Naltrexone is an antidrug treatment designed to nullify positive effect of narcotics and alcohol. Therefore you would expect that to be the effect during the period it is effective being 2 to 3 hours.
