Has anyone experienced weightloss while taking LDN? Normally one wouldn't mind losing a few pounds, I just don't want to miss an underlying problem. Thanks

I probably am eating less, not trying to lose weight though, I just don't do as much during the day as I used to, not as hungry. I've heard from others that LDN may help normalize your metabolism, hence eventual weightloss. I've also heard that it can be a mild diuretic. I don't think this is official medical info though.

Just saw I had a pm here, so I stopped by to see what's been going on. Haven't been here much since I Just can not keep up with so many forums.

Some people report loss, others report gain.. maybe it has to do with appetite and activity? I think LDN has put my metabolism back to how it used to be, which was fast. I noticed my metabolism slowed down back in the 90s or so... or so it seemed, when I weighed the most.

Before I started LDN in 4/03, I was 135 lbs.

11/03, 7 months later, I was 124.

11/04, a year later, I was 127; stable.

7/05, Went away camping in July, not sure my weight before camping, but when I got back my chiro thought he noticed I was a bit lighter. I was 114 on the scale that day.

Been weighing and tracking my weight ever since.

3/06 I was as low as 108 and loving it.

4/06 I quit smoking cigarettes (after 28 yrs!) and shot up 21 lbs to 129. Been in the 120s since.

7/06, Yesterday, I weighed 122.

Not sure where/if the LDN comes in to play, or how much. When I hit 129 a few months ago I noticed I was actually eating more since I quit the cigs, so I cut down again.
