LDN and Insomnia

Postby AntonioBR » Mon Jul 04, 2016 6:36 am

Hi folks,

I oftentimes read about people's experience with LDN and insomnia is a problem generally related with it.

My brother is taking Melatonin 3 or 6 mg before bed to deal with it. It is helping him sleep better than before.

Furthermore, melatonin may benefit autoimmune disorders, depression, and cancer. An interesting article: http://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2016/06/16/health-benefits-melatonin.aspx

Maybe it could help others.
