Although I am lucky enough to still be able to walk with a walker or a cane, I find that my activities are becoming more limited. I need a scooter to walk longer distances. I want to get a folding scooter that I could put in my car. The Luggie is the one I hear about most but it's expensive. The Lexus Light is a little cheaper but how do they compare? Does anyone have experience with this?

I loved the travelscoot.com scooter. you need to have some control of your legs to help stop. don't use it anymore but i recommend it. it folds up and goes in overhead compartment of airplane. weighs 35#.
