We were away from home for over a week and Jeff forgot his Natural Calm powder (mag. citrate) I'd forgotten how bad his spasms were, since he's been taking the mg before bed for a year. His arms and legs were flying, even his face was twitching. We're back home, and back on the mg. We're both sleeping much better :)
Rob- Jeff's not as immobilized as you are now, but his spasms and clonus are pretty fierce. I know you're hurting...saw your video. It might be worth it just to try. Jimmy really helped us out last summer when we were pretty desperate.

As far as mg. glycerophosphate....looks like it's a medical grade product, available in UK, used for severe mg. deficiencies. Mg. citrate is easy to get a hold of, not too expensive, and is well absorbed. Jeff likes the drink form before bed. And so do I...

Rob--I agree with JL when she said,

you're not too far along robbie.

I have read of too many people who experience spontaneous remission and complete improvement for no obvious reason. The Gold Coast Cure is one example. Another is the case of my high school friend who was diagnosed with MS the same year I was--diagnosed in Boston by S. Hauser, a recognized expert in MS now doing research in San Francisco. My friend is 100% fine now; me, no. But I do not believe in "permanent" damage; I think we all will be back to normal when the cause of MS is learned and stopped. Our bodies will heal the "prolonged" condition.
