Raw/Burned Feeling Skin?

Hi everyone,
Lately I have been having "episodes" of pain in my skin (right now on my hip, have had in in my wrist and leg as well) that feels like I've been severely burned. It is super sensitive with just clothes on it and it hurts so much to have anything touching or moving it. Then... it goes away about a half hour later. Has anyone had something like this? I have chronic neuropathic ...

I cannot get to sleep and it feels so heavy in the middle like I cannot breathe. My doctor put me on an acid reflux type of pill since that's what she thinks is causing ...
