It was fantastic entertainment, an historic event and a fun night. I highly recommend it if you get the chance to see them. They did all the old hits and favourites - even 'Locomotion'! It must have done me some good as for the first ...

Let's inspire each other!

Ten years ago, I couldn't walk because I suffered a severe MS attack that left me half paralyzed. I spent six months in recovery and therapy just to regain the ability to do everyday things like write with a pen or use a spoon to eat. I spent another year working hard to regain my mobility by practicing yoga and acupuncture.

Astrology, science and religion

It’s a fateful fact that a large number of people do not work or take decisions till the time they don’t consult astrology. all the great religions, at their core, espouse essentially the same truth, clothed merely in different modes of expression. This is just MY belief.
Slow down and breath. let some of your bad feelings ...

Neuroanatomist Jill Bolte Taylor's stroke...what she learned

Neuroanatomist Jill Bolte Taylor had an opportunity few brain scientists would wish for: One morning, she realized she was having a massive stroke. As it happened -- as she felt her brain functions slip away one by one, speech, movement, understanding -- she studied and remembered every moment. This is a powerful story about how our brains define us and connect us to the world and to one another. ...
