My boyfriend Scott's neurologist recommends that he go on Novantrone. He has been on Betaseron in the past but had bad injection site reactions. Would he be better off on Novantrone? I hear it's pretty risky.

Dabur Pharma Ltd's oncology unit has informed that the company has received the approval from US Food and Drug Administrator (USFDA) for selling 'Mitoxantrone Hydrochloride in various strengths’.

I went to see my neurologist yesterday, I go as infrequently as possible. I told him I went off my Avonex in December after nine years. I proceeded to tellhim I was considering LDN and he almost freaked. Now in the last nine years I've progressed nicely from walking without assistance to wheelchair bound. Never once did my Doctor tell me about Novantrone but now that I'm off Avonex and possibly considering LDN, he tells ...

My Doc recommeded that I go on Novatrone due to worsening symptoms. He gave me some info on it, and one thing I noticed is that due to the lowered white blood cell count after treatment, it is recommeded that I wear a mask to protect me 10 - 21 days after infusion.
Has anyone else experienced this? I guess it makes sense, but I really don't want to walk around like Michael Jackson for ...
