Sativex trial in Argentina

The drug is not approved in Argentina yet. I am in the process of organizing a clinical trial for a group of us. I already contacted GW and gathering doctors down here who will lead the trial and make medical evaluations. Can I have feedback from those of you who used it for spasticity on its efficacy, side effects, impressions, etc.

Sativex - Mobility/Spasticity

I recently learned of a new drug approved in Europe named Sativex that has the potential of significantly improving spasticity. It seems to me that is also available in Canada.
I know that it is perhaps topic for other forum but it occurs that I was liberated 9 months ago and spaticity is practically the only major problem left.

Former Army chaplain Peter Bayley is taking legal action against the NHS after he was refused the medication he needs to ease his severe Multiple Sclerosis symptoms.

Almirall, S.A. and GW Pharmaceuticals plc today announce that the health authorities in Germany have granted regulatory approval for Sativex®(Delta-9-Tetrahydro-cannabinol (THC) and Cannabidiol (CBD)) oromucosal spray as an add-on therapy for the treatment of moderate to severe spasticity due to Multiple Sclerosis (MS) in patients who have not responded adequately to other anti-spasticity medication(i).
