Currently RRMS. Symtoms restricted to occasionally blurry eye, moderate fatigue and variable neuropathic itch, minor electrical sensations. Present medication 44mcg of interferon 3 x per week. Also hosting 35 hookworms.

The plan

With Breakfast

1 iron free multi vitamin and mineral
10,000 / 5000 iu Vitamin Ds on alternate days
2 grams of fish oil
100mg Resveratrol

Mid Morning

300mg Magnesium
60mg gingko biloba

Lunch

400iu Vitamin E
Vitamin B12 & B Complex
200mg Selenium
25mg zinc
1 gram fish oil

Mid afternoon

500mg inosine
300mg Magnesium

Dinner

1000iu Vitamin D
1 gram Evening Primose oil
100mg Quercetin

Night

1000mg vitamin C
1000iu vitamin D
1 gram fish oil
