ITS A UTI ITS A UTI ITS A UTI

MRI is clear, no change from three months ago apart from the major lesion on her 'pons' continues to shrink.

Chaps, this news makes me so happy.

Thanks Lew!

Bob may find this interesting, my understanding has always been that once you have a black hole its there for good, i.e. dead matter.

Well, Mel's two black holes have disappeared since 3 months ago.

Strange eh?

I am so pleased to hear that all is well. I still hold out for this treatment as being the best chance of halting ms in it's tracks or at least slowing it to a fraction of a snails pace. I hope the UTI is the worst thing Mel ever has to face.

Good news! Congrats!

My neuro who is an MS specialist/researcher told me black holes can go away--or not, they don't know why. He told me this after I got one. I think Bob's assessment is probably right as to reason.

Jamie -

While I may be having some cognitive issues currently - my memory isn't totally fried again....

Wasn't the subject of your original post "SUPERLATIVE NEWS" ???

I hope that you haven't changed the subject due to recent news from me or Chris... Mel's news IS excellent news - and should be shared. Not to mention, the word superlative is so rarely used! Use it when you can!!
