Interesting as here I thionk I need more Vitamin D and he says quit the opposite. Since i will go to my grave thinking my MS dx is really Lyme this whole Vit D issue really gets me whip sawed.

My Dad had same ppms. Looked just like her near the end after 30 yr battle. What a miserable disease. He was same age as her also when he passed. Too many eery similarities. Just got over shingles myself. Felt like someone stitched up my abdomen and left out the pain killers. I was surprised but Advil got rid of the pain almost completely and left it manageable. Lasted about 3 weeks. No post herpetic neuralgia.

Worked miracles for me. High fruits, veggies(heavy on the greens), wild game(vension) lots of fish. Sardines, kippers for snacks I know Yuck.
