If I Could Do it Over
If I Could Do it Over First, I would make it an assignment, a duty, to go outside and walk. Every day. I lived in Southern California! I had a favorite spot to walk...but I had issues. But to just WalK. Because if you want to hold onto something, you keep doing it. And SwimminG. I went to a weekly M...

Re: Biotene - diahrea?
I did two days of 100 mg 3x/day.
The third day, I woke up and as soon
as I opened my eyes, it was coming out.
Good morning!
I have since gone down to 100 mg/day
and will slowly ramp back up.
I am positive that it was the Biotin.

Re: Using a catheter
Hello
I used a intermittent catheter for a while, now I have a supra pubic catheter.
I love it. It gives me a lot of freedom.

I've known for years that, for me, there is a hormonal component as, every month, like clockwork, I feel Grrreat the day before my period starts. Not sure what exactly is happening with my hormones here...but I wish that I knew. Maybe estrogen drops, but testosterone does not. I went on a bcp (at th...
