E-BOOKS ROCK!

I don't know about any of you guys, but I can't live without good books. Personally I LOVE mysteries, used to be my favorite author was Patricia Cornwell...but now there are too many to mention. I also LOVE e-books, started with rocket ebooks, I think 2-3. Them my latest greatest would be the amazon...

it's known as the ms hug. possibly due to spasticity. ensure serum magnesium is at least 0.90 mmol/L to stay in balance with calcium which contracts muscles. magnesium interferes with calcium action allowing muscles to relax. try magnesium citrate, magnesium bisglycinate, and lots of dark leafy gre...

steel band around my waist with a key tightener

does anyone else have this problem, it's like I have a steel band around my middle that someone is tightening with a key as time passes, know it's when I'm sitting in wheelchair. Anyone else ever deal with something like this? Any thoughts/ideas how to deal with this would be appreciated.

Messaging cell phones?

My current contract is up, don't really use phone much as I don't get out much, but would like for emergency, but what I would like is a phone that is great for texting as I'd text friends/family in Ohio, since I've been in Atlanta for 13 years now, with NO plans of moving back. Any thought/opinions...

Was told by hubby you'd also have to ask for the "multidrink" if you call to ask about the bottle, that one has the built in straw and does go to the bottom.

I'm not on that particular medicine and I know it's not diabeteic due to having a problem with that back in 2006, I now take my sugar every other day of so unless I have a problem, which luckily I don't.

Slumby, Nalgene makes a bottle with a screw-on top (24 ounces). The real nice part for me is a built-in straw that locks closed and since I always have to have my liquid, I have four of these usually full of water that hubby leaves me with while he is awayworking. I love the fact that they are prett...
