I found this assistive device and will most likely be getting one for myself (as the heat kicks my butt and everything seems to lock up past a quarter mile in the heat):

http://www.hugoanywhere.com/products.asp

The product sells for $155 and seems to be a great deal. ROCKIN'! No shame in a little assistance! :-D

Description from the site:

IMAGINE A WALKER THAT GLIDES...
That's what the Hugo® rolling walker can do and it's why more and more people are choosing to smoothly stroll behind a Hugo. Rather than lifting a walker up & down and up & down, to move, you just push the Hugo. If you find getting around easier while holding onto a shopping cart, you are ready to try the Hugo® rolling walker.

Hugo is ideal for those who could use a little help with balance or endurance. It is well suited to those rehabilitating an injury, dealing with severe arthritis or those who have conditions that compromise their balance. Hugo's four large wheels give you stability for more confidence and security, making it easier and safer for you to walk, and helping you get the exercise you need.

Hugo is a rolling walker that also has a built-in seat. Imagine having a place to rest whenever you need a break, no matter where you are. Hugo also conveniently doubles as a seat while standing in line.
