The potential use of adult stem cells is incredible. As more progress is made in stem cell research the question that pops into my brain is in not if stem cells will turn medicine on its head but WHEN. :?

Stem cells are so frustrating to me because they seem to be so promising (and I truly believe they are) but they never seem to be getting any closer to on the market. I hope some of these awesome discoveries get practical applications in medicine in the next 10 years.

I think it's very promising as well. Unfortunately...none of the (what I consider) 'big names' currently offering this treatment (overseas) are doing it as a study where detailed information is gathered to provide the necessary statistics to back it...nor have I seen much change in how it's accomplished.

But being a stem cell treatment 'rat'..... I know, first hand, the promise.
