I had to give kidneys their fair shake! Seriously I post a lot of promising news and I feel that in the next five or ten years that we are going to see some major advances in the clinical use of stem cells but my positive thinking does not make it any more likely to become reality. I continue to be fortunate enough to be able to discuus stem cells with people on the cutting edge of this research and they are very excited about the possibilities of stem cells curing a myriad of diseases yet they remind me "not yet".
