Opexa Therapeutics (OPXA), formerly Pharmafrontiers (PFTR), has a history of doing reverse splits when their share price gets too low. It's one way they can keep the share price above $1 in order to stay listed on the NASDAQ.

Apr 14, 2004 1:50 reverse split
Jun 15, 2006 1:10 reverse split

Their stock might do something in the future, but it's still a gamble.
