What do I do now?

This is the place to ask questions if you have symptoms that suggest MS, but aren't yet diagnosed.

glad things went well, ss :) b12 is a very mainstream differential dx item - the reference range is really bad though. if they do test, be prepared for it to come back 'normal' as long as your levels are above 200 pg/ml. the 200 lower cutoff is only associated with hematological criteria ie the size of blood vessels starts to change when values get really low.
meanwhile a much higher bottom end cutoff of 500 pg/mL has been suggested relative to b12 status for cognitive health.
odd sx? no dx? check w/ dietitian
DRI=MINIMUM eg bit.ly/1vgQclQ
99% don't meet these. meds/lifestyle can affect levels
status can be low in ms & other cond'ns
'but my results are normal'. typical panels don't test all
deficits occur in 'normal' range
