Stem Cell Therapy
Stem Cell Therapy
Can you qualify for stem cell therapy if you've tried two different MS meds but only experienced one relapse?
Re: Stem Cell Therapy
This is just mice, how about some good news on an FDA approved human trial in the USA. Just got approved and funded to move to ph 2 based on good results fro ph 1, AND this is for secondary and progressive MS!

The best way to determine if you are eligible is to look at the specific Eligibility / Entry criteria of any specific trial you wish to participate in, as they will differ. If you are early on, you should also look into Lemtrada (ie Campath) which is an approved treatment in a number of countries.Daniel114 wrote:Can you qualify for stem cell therapy if you've tried two different MS meds but only experienced one relapse?
Assuming you meant HSCT, then this URL will give a list of registered trials.
