Swollen ankles and feet

Their open toed , my ankles make it hard. Here I am 54 and having my wife put on my compression stockings around my swollen twisted ankles ,the whole process was so pathetic , as are many things she has to do. That was another reason my PSW's didn't work out for me ,you can only give up so much humility.
