Back on LDN

Post by jake »

Hi all. It's been a while. I'm back on LDN. 6mg, at least for now. I'll post updates periodically.

6mg?? If you take too much they found in a trial it can actually do tmore harm than good. In this case more is not better.
I would stick to 3mg or 4.5 if I were you Jake. I am on 2.5mg and that is enough for me!

When I first started LDN, I began at 3 mg.

The first 2 days were awesome! Probably placebo though or my body quickly built up a tolerance.

I've tried breaking up pills to make 4.5 mg doses (neuro won't write 4.5 mg for me) and noticed slight improvement the next day only.

I've even doubled up (6 mg) a few times and not really noticed anything, so I'm back to 3 mg for now...

Good Luck Jake!
