Shell, You really shouldn't take it lying down. It tends to work its way back up into your throat and if you think you feel bad now...

I'd tell you what doesn't kill you makes you stronger, but right now I think what you need to hear is that this really is what you have to go through to feel better. Are you able to read while in bed? Write lists of what you plan to do once you feel human again? Visit with a beloved pet? (None of mine were allowed on the bed til I got sick. Then I just welcomed the comfort of a warm, loving nose nearby.)

And, yes, you can do one dose morning and one at night. Lots of people start out that way, then take them both together later on. The idea is to get it inside you. The timing is only important as far as taking a probiotic. THAT can't be taken close to the antibiotic or you defeat the purpose of the antibiotic.

Shell, you don't stand up all that time, do you? can sit, you know. You just have to keep your esophagus upright, mainly to make sure no doxy is left there because if it dissolves above your stomach it can harm the tissues of you esophagus or throat or wherever it lands. You can take it in two 100mg doses, if that is better, you can also take it with a little milk or food. You can also try mino, but they are so similar, I don't think you would find that much difference.

Where has the Shell of yesterday gone?

Shell, As well he SHOULD! You're improving on it. Why would anyone take it away from you!

Yeah, well MS didn't exactly 'fit' into the way my life was supposed to work out, either, so I guess it all balances out.
