He's a top guy.

And you know what, because he has an attitude like that, people talk to him and tell him things.

I've never once got the sense that he's looking down his nose at me (in fact from none of the Hopkins doctors), a feeling I get all the time with local docs.

His motivation is clearly 'fixing' MS, NOT defending a hypothesis.
