Some of the foods you are eating are not considered the 'best' for you by some, especially Gluten and dairy. You may want to do some research on them to see if you want to continue consuming them.

Yes, that is certainly a possibility! Again, I strongly suggest you do some research on all the foods you are eating. You may be surprised at the results.

I strongly recommend The Wahls Protocol book.
