Linked below is a great short synopsis of low fat diets, environmental factors, allergy and supplements impact on Multiple Sclerosis. It lists a number of scientific studies performed for each supplement or therapy which confirm or challenge its efficacy.

The vit B12 catches my eye...

Prof. Pall is of the opinion that the depletion of B12 is caused by reaction with NO. B12 helps clear out the NO production and surpress the vicious NO/peroxinitrite cycle..
