yayyy clear brain that is GREAT!

spine issues mentioned (ok c-spine / neck) sound super consistent with the loads you've been placing on your frame, in combo with higher than average essential nutrient demand given your high physical activity level.

i have a 'ratty neck' for my age according to my neuro, with bulging disks although not herniated. in my case, malnutrition x dehydration x high physical activity were a killer combo for the c-spine.

there's a fair bit of posting on here re the role hydration plays in proper spinal nutrition. with that kind of thing in mind, it brings me back to considerations related to blood flow. way wayyyy back i used to do this niacin flush, part of the old klenner protocol, which was appealing to me given the idea of the extreme vasodilation providing a short term blast of oxygen and nutrients to then-starved tissues.
