It seems obvious to me that the Pro list is a pro-endothelium pro-circulation set of factors. We may not be curing MS but these things will help anyone interested in recovering from it and possibly preventing further damage.

There are things we cannot avoid, like age, and cancer treatment. But it's interesting to know that the same things that improve your neurogenesis will improve your mood.

The presence of sleep deprivation on this list probably relates directly to the new knowledge about how the brain flushes out the garbage during sleep. Is the converse true, that the more sleep you get, the more neurogenesis?

I got a stumble-upon email where a doctor said you should turn off all your computers, phones, etc. 2 hours before bed. I bet it makes a difference if you stop reading altogether, and dim the lights.
