Tongue larger on one side?

Im sorry for asking question after question. I try to refrain from forums, but my fears always draws me back in. Im going to see a neuro this Jan for a consultation and possibly EMG+Spine MRIs.
The good news: Most of my symptoms have subsided! Visual stuff, aches/stiffness, headaches ect
Bad news: a few still linger, and other things are making me paranoid. Fasciculations/hand tremors and tongue stuff.
I am on a BFS forum (benign fasciculations syndrome) and one thing that i keep wondering is this tongue stuff. I'm not really worried about ALS as much as MS. It is somewhat smaller on one side..or the other side sits higher? But when i stick my tongue out in a "V" shape, it deviates to the smaller side by a few mm.
I am not asking if this is a symptom of MS. But i do want to know if it is more common than i think in the general pop. Two BFS-ers said they have the same thing. Do you guys (dx or not) have something similar from what i am describing. I will see if i can get some pics on here to show what i am describing.
