Undiagnosed but MS still on table

Hello All. Hope somebody may be able to help me. It's been about a year and a half since symptoms started. My first symptom was the side of my calf being numb. That prompted a visit to my doctor. Then within the next two weeks I got many more symptoms. They were as follows:
Muscle spasm
Numbness and tingling
Problems with speech
Trouble thinking
Difficulty and pain walking
Urge to have bowel movements constantly for 3 days
Raynaud's phenomenon once
Family doctor ruled out B12, Iron, thyroid, Lyme, lupus, sjogrens( as my grandmother had this) back X-ray,
Referred to a neurologist. MRI showed a total of 19 small lesions but not in a particular pattern to MS. I had what I thought was a second attack where my legs went numb from the waist down, not completely, I could still walk. MRI after this showed no change, so my neurologist said he was not going to see me anymore, as I was fine. I made him refer me to a specialized MS clinic where I am currently being seen.
Current doctor says I am ok for now but will continue monitoring me. I, since the beginning have been dealing with weakness in right arm and leg, muscle spasm in inner thigh, headaches, extreme skin sensitivity, dizziness, extreme fatigue, moodiness. Symptoms worsen the week before menstruation. And right now symptoms are back, been in bed for 2 days.
Just don't know what to do. Feel as if it's just a waiting game before being actually diagnosed. Have 2 young children and can't be the mom I like to be when I feel like this.
If there is anybody in the same situation that might have some advice to offer, I would greatly appreciate it. Also if anybody has had any luck easing symptoms and feeling better through diet and more natural means, I would love to know how.
