Do you take B3 and B12 together? Mine has folic acid in it. I think I get headaches from this pill. Would it be the folic acid that does that? How much do you take? Thanks

I see you take melatonin. Is there any reason that people with MS would be recommended NOT to take it? Thanks

I am taking flax oil for omega 3. Is that right? And I have started vitamin D, but I am not sure how much. Something I was taking was giving me a headache, so I held off on the Vitamin D and the B complex I was taking.

I will re-introduce the Vitamin D soon.

Thanks for the help. I have the lesion and I have l'hermittes (although it has disappeared today). It wouldn't hurt to be on the Swank diet anyhow.

Does a lesion in the spinal cord necessarily mean MS. I am still undiagnosed. I have tests and MRI but my neurologist never actually said I had MS.
