hi, thanks for replying :)
Wannabe thanks for the suggestions, I forget about Graham crackers. Ate those all the time as a kid. Dawny, pickles are good, so are olives, especially the kind that have almonds stuffed in them. I puff up bad after eating salt, but sometimes you just have to live a little. Bonnie, your to se...

Hi Crispy. There have been clinical studies/trials/followup about the Swank diet showing signs of therapeutic improvements. Don't have links handy but could dig 'em up.

food cravings and Swank diet - junk food junkie rehab?
Hi. Was going to post this under the Diet header but that's an awful sleepy zone there, didn't want to disturb any nappers. So to those of you who stray to general discussion, here's a topic thats probably been chewed and spat out already (ugh that was kinda disgusting 8O ) but am asking anyway. So ...

Dont be shy, belly on up to the board and meet-n-greet. Nice to see so many "faces".

Plus I'm a fidgeter, knee bounces, foot swings, fingers drum, my hubby says even when I sit still I'm in motion. Does tossing and twitching in bed count as excersise? Caus...

no ms drugs
Im like Amy, mild case and doctor wasn't wanting to start me on such heavy drugs, plus their expensive. I use an inhaler for asthma and have other health probs I take medicine for, I feel lucky to not be in bad shape with ms after these years since I was diagnosed. I only had two sort of bad flares ...

purring is good medicine
I love cats, always have had one or two around. The furball who lives with me now purrs all the time unless hes eating off my plate or swatting my ankles while I walk from room to room, maybe he's trying to tell me why I was going to that room. Anyway, he is a big comfort.

That burny pain is the pits, had that early on but now its gone, and good riddance I hope! Brainfog is my worst prob right now, by the time I walk from one room to the next I forgot why I was walking (but I got some excercise so that's kind of ok) :? Oh and my eyes get blurry a lot, especially when ...

Hi Bonnie and everybody. I'm in! Poor administrators, been bugging them for days over a dumb mistake in my email setup. THANK YOU ADMINISTRATORS!
