i def think they would give you a heads up if they saw lesions on your brain which is needed for a true dx of ms..i think you should go see a neurologist.

I would try taking Aleve, I have heard from others and my dr say it works best for managing the side effects. I take 2 220 mg 1/2 before shot and 2 again about 2 hours later...good luck!

good luck starting avonex..hopefully you will have less side effects than copaxone, again everyone is different but take the aleve and hydrate and if possible i would suggest taking it before bed. The pen is great, i have not had to do the shot myself yet but i could with the pen, i am glad it came ...

did you get an MRI? If you have MS, you will have lesions....good luck with your dx

ive had the same thing, sorry to hear you are going through this, no meds seemed to help for me..but it did go away rather quick maybe about 2 weeks, hopefully yours is gone by now..
